The first waelz zinc oxide was obtained in laboratory conditions

According to the results of laboratory tests, the first waelz zinc oxide has been produced from Byelorussian Steel Works’ EAF dust.

The obtained waelz zinc oxide is high purity with zinc content over 70%.

The conducted test has confirmed the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology chosen for ZINCUM project.
